Have you got a faulty VIBE, FLI or EDGE Product?

If so we may be able to help you.

Our service centre operates a three stage process for all products returned for testing and repair quotes. These stages are clearly detailed below,  should you have any further questions please contact us for more information.

STAGE ONE – BOOKING ESTIMATE

All products that are booked in for an estimate are subject to a fixed fee (currently £35.00), this covers the collection of the product from an address of your choice (uk only).

A full diagnostic test of the product will be carried, when this is complete the fault with the product will be diagnosed and an estimate of repair cost prepared. You will then be contacted with details on this quote, at this point you can decide to have the work carried out on the product or simply have the product returned to yourself at no extra charge.

STAGE 2 – REPAIR COSTS

An hourly rate is charged for all work carried out on products,
additional costs will include parts and ancillary items. The cost
incurred here can vary from product to product, with some products we
will contact you to advise on additional work that we would advise to
the product to act as a preventative measure to increase longevity and
future reliability of the product.

STAGE 3 – RETURN OF PRODUCT

All products when repaired before being shipped out to you are tested at
length to ensure that this fault has been remedied and the unit is
performing as it should. After this test the item will be returned to you at no cost.

WARRANTY

All work carried about by us is covered for 30 days.

NB: We no longer offer any repairs on the VIBE VP4, Monobox III / IV amplifiers.
