Which wiring kit do I need?

If you are buying any of the following items

VIBE CBR 10 active
VIBE CBR 12 active
FLI Trap 10 active
Fli Trap 12 active
FLI Trap 12 twin active

We also sell more expensive options but the first one is fine for most enclosures

Does this item work?

All of our items are fully working. They will have been repaired by us, tested and are now back to the same working state as found in the A Grade items.

What sort of warranty do I get?

You get a 30 day warranty which covers the parts only. Any damage caused by incorrect use or fitting will not be covered. Also if you sell the item after then the warranty is void.

Do you mark / log everything you sell?

Yes we do. Every item we sell has a unique serial number which we log. Also every enclosure we sell is marked with the words ARC B Stock here is a picture of what to expect. If you are thinking of buying from us and want the item for a show car or even if you sell the item after you may want to bare this in mind.

Can I collect the item and pay cash?

No collection of any goods is permitted, we prefer payment via PayPal.

How long does delivery take?

Our courier will deliver your item within 48 business hours of you paying. IE if you pay on Friday night at 8pm then your item will be with you before Wednesday morning.

I want to buy something that you do not have in stock.

Just click here to email us what you need. We can get hold of any product by VIBE, FLI or EDGE. If you have got a previous quote please include that (with a link) so we can try and beat it.

Will you ship to a different address to the one on my eBay / PayPal account.

As long as you notify us within 30 mins of paying for the order we’ll do our best to change the address.

How do I know an item has shipped.

Currently we add the courier tracking number to your PayPal receipt so you can see exactly where the item is. If you include a mobile number on either you PayPal / eBay account the courier will inform you via text message when the parcel is due.

Will you ship to Ukraine, Spain, Bulgaria, Azerbaijan, etc.

We do not ship to anywhere outside the UK. If you have a UK postal code we’ll ship to you otherwise not.

Why cant I bid on your items?

We have set rules for all of our auctions on eBay. If you are blocked by any of them then you will not be able to bid. There are no exceptions to this rule.  You can of course still use our online shop or email us for any items you want.

Can I have a discount?

The usual answer to this is no unless you obviously are placing a large order then we’ll almost certainly try and reduce the price for you.

Do you sell new?

We do not sell any item that is new BUT we are able to get hold of any item stocked by VIBE, FLI or EDGE and will gladly quote you for a new item if this is what you would prefer.
