1.2 These ‘Terms and Conditions will apply to all communications on this website.

7.1 The formation of the contract occurs when the Arc positively communicates acceptance via the medium of email.
7.2 These ‘Terms and Conditions’ therefore constitute the ‘Contract’, and they are governed by English and Welsh Law. In the event of any court action relating to the Contract, we have both agreed that this should take place in the Courts of England and Wales.

8.2 The equipment sold by ARC is capable of producing sound and sound pressure levels that can permanently damage hearing of you and that of others. For safe and enjoyable listening, the sound should be clear without distortion at a comfortable volume. By using any equipment purchase from arc, you agree to take full responsibility for your own safety and the safety of others when listening to music at high volumes through equipment you have purchased. Use of any ARC supplied equipment constitutes agreement to this disclaimer.
8.3 Except as specifically stated on this website, to the fullest extent permitted at law, neither ARC nor any of its affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or the information, content, materials or products included on this site. This includes items that are sold on this site or on any other site.
8.4 This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties. Shipping
9.1 As a preferred courier we use UPS, we have found their service to be effective and reliable, all products will be shipped at the latest the next working day after we have received payment. You will then need to allow an additional two working days for the items to be delivered. Should you not have received the products within this timeframe please then make sure that you get in touch with us making sure that you quote your item number such that we can track the product for you.
We only ship to mainland UK locations and will not ship elsewhere in the world.
9.2 Please note that items cannot and will not be delivered at weekends, should you not be present when UPS try to deliver the product to you they will leave information of this for you and attempt to deliver an additional two times, after these attempts should they not be able to be deliver the item will be returned to us. In this situation an additional charge will be applied for reattempt of delivery.
Conditions of sale.
10.1 All items we sell are reconditioned. They carry a standard 30 day warranty. Any problems found after the 30 day period are not covered by Audio Repair Centre.
10.2 Items which are damaged by our courier will only be covered if we are notified within 24 hours of delivery.
10.3 Items returned to us that fully work when tested will be liable to a £35.00 administrative charge. The same charge will be payable for items that are found to be damaged due to incorrect installation.
